Abstract

The author examines the problems and ways of optimization of religious policy on the federal and regional levels from the political and legal points. It's concluded that increasing of the effectiveness of confessional policy is associated with the development of legislation in the religious sphere, partnership between the state and religious associations and cluster technologies which allow to synchronize various resources of the participants of state-confessional interaction.
