Abstract

In the article on example of individual states (USA, Great Britain, Turkey, Germany, Poland) the questions of use of nonprofit organizations in realization of foreign policy plans of their political leaders in respect of Russian Federation are considered. Questions of foreign states government bodies cooperation with these organizations, their financing and directing their activities are exposed.
