Abstract

The scientific article covers some theoretical and methodological foundations of public-private partnerships, which allow us to analyze the organization and experience of the studied partnership in Russia. There was compared a theoretical and empirical basis of this partnership. There was examined the dynamics of investment in Russian PPP projects for the period from 2004 to 2012, and on the basis of the obtained information a number of conclusions were made. There was identified problems and proposed a way to resolve it.
