Abstract

The transformation of interactions management model principles between state, society, medical community and medical services consumers are considered in the article. Socialmanagement paradigm of “biomedical model”, its start conditions and basic directions of its critic are analyzed there. The author defines changes in model principles of health protection area management in the context of predictive-preventive and personalized medicine prospect.
