PROBLEMS OF A SOLIDARITY SOCIETY IN RUSSIA FORMATION IN A CONTEXT OF FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC EXPERIENCE RETHINKING

Abstract

Given article is devoted to actual for the Russian internal policy problem of creation of bases of a solidarity society in our country. The author of the publication aspires to show an opportunity and an imperative need of activation of solid, integrational efforts of the government and civil structures with a view of overcoming growing polarization of society and prevention of movement to realities of a class society. For this purpose of various foreign models of a solidarity society are considered and opportunities of use of this or that experience in Russia are analyzed.
