Abstract

The purpose of the article is to identify problem areas in the organizational preparation and development of national projects. The authors substantiated the need to make adjustments to the activities of public authorities responsible for the implementation of national priorities. The authors consider economic and organizational and managerial relations arising in the process of implementing national projects. At the same time, the authors showed that risks and problems remain during their implementation. In particular, since national projects are financed not only from the federal budget, but also from extrabudgetary sources and regional budgets, the most important condition for developing plans for the implementation of projects is to ensure the availability of these funds. In addition, in times of crisis in the economy, the risk of non-fulfillment of measures financed from extrabudgetary sources increases due to the decrease in the availability of credit resources attracted by private investors for the long term. As a result, there is a need for further adjustment of the actions of public authorities, taking into account monitoring data on the achievement of milestones, and based on analysis of reports on the progress of project activities in the process of managing the implementation of national projects of the Russian Federation
