YOUTH RESOURCE OF PRESERVING THE STABILITY OF THE POLITICAL SYSTEM OF MODERN RUSSIA

Abstract

The article is devoted to features of modern Russian youth from the point of view of its possible participation in the political process. The characteristic of the individual aspects of political participation of young people at the regional level. The author proposes the resource-based approach in determining the role of youth. Thus we investigated in detail the factors influencing the formation of the resource of young people in modern Russia. Regional level studies have allowed detailed analysis of the influence of various factors on the political participation of youth and youth policy is implemented. The role of the state in the functioning of modern political system for youth, including at the regional level by the example of Saratov region. Analyzed the causes influencing the formation of political participation of young people in the region. Identified actors that affect the adaptation of young people in transforming the political system. It shows the influence of political culture on political participation. The value of values in the stability of the political system. This recommendations for the improvement of youth resource and more intensive integration of youth in the modern political system, from the point of view of preserving of its stability.
