Abstract

The article analyzes the theoretical problems of the study of the political elite in Russia, the specifics of its transformation is revealed in the conditions of new Russian reality from the standpoint of an informal tradition of the formation of political entities and structures in modern Russia in a "turbulent time" and historical continuity of basic institutional political matrix.
